Kari Leon Hosted the "Successfully Selling HUD Homes in California Seminar" here at the Agio Real Estate Office yesterday evening, 1/13/11. It was a great turn out! There was a lot of valuable information that everyone was able to take with them. Kari went over everything from, advertising, the different laws and rules, and the contract process. We would like to thank everyone who was able to attend!
